Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice Period: Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within the 24-hour notice period, a flat fee or a percentage of the total fare may apply.

Refunds: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, the cancellation fee may be waived.
